Business development boost for Enterprise Finance
Europe in London

Enterprise Finance Europe (EFE), one of the UK’s leading
asset-based lenders, has further strengthened its team in
London with the appointment of business development specialist
Mike Harrison.
Mike joins EFE from Halifax Bank of Scotland, where until
recently he was an Area Director, focused exclusively on new
business, managing a team covering London and the South. Harrison
previously worked for Royal Bank of Scotland Commercial Services
undertaking both relationship management and new business
roles in his time there..
As the Regional Sales Director with EFE, Harrison will be
helping the firm to meet its ambitious growth targets for
London in 2006 and beyond, as well as using his extensive
experience to drive and grow the sales team.
Said Harrison: “I am delighted to be joining EFE –
which has the most comprehensive range of asset-based lending
products in the industry. I have come onboard at an exciting
time – driven by the growth plans Bank of Ireland has
for the business.”
He continued: “In my new role, I am looking forward
to building the team in London and driving the business forward.
In addition, we have some exciting new products in the pipeline,
while we are also continually monitoring how we approach the
business – checking that our customer service and approach
is second to none.”
Added Bryan Baldrey, Area Director London and South, Enterprise
Finance Europe: “Mike is a welcome addition to the dynamic
team that we are building in London. EFE has already made
considerable inroads among SMEs in the capital, and I am confident
that with Mike now onboard, we will be able to broaden our
customer base further.”

Oxford Brookes University prior to joining the factoring &
discounting industry. He lives in Beckenham, Kent, and, away
from work is a competitive sportsman, most notably as a country
